In some cases, both breast volume is low and the breasts are ptotic and positioned lower than normal. In this surgical procedure, the excess breast skin is removed, the breasts are reshaped and repositioned to their natural location, and the lack of tissue is compensated by placing an implant behind the breast tissue.
